Where have all the bungalows gone?

I can hardly recognize my childhood neighbourhood of East York any more. Street after street of new 2 storey homes are springing up from the foundations of the bungalows. The time will come and there will be none left. As we age where will we go to find a nice one level (easy on the knees) home that's not a condo? Maybe we will have to decapitate these homes to get our bungalows back!

Well, it has been a while since my last post, sorry about that. Just want to say that the market is slow right now due to a lack of product. There are buyers waiting impatiently for something new to come on the market. I know some of you are still in holiday mode but there are sales happening and calls coming in. So, people are afraid to list their home-why?
